Samantha & Blake’s story began in 2019 at an NC State tailgate, where they were introduced by their dear friends Maddie and Baylor Wordsworth. What started as a fun game-day meeting quickly turned into something much more. They began dating during their junior year at NC State and UNC, spending their time making memories at the beach with friends and family, traveling whenever they could, and—most importantly—having a lot of fun together along the way.

On September 10th, 2025, Blake got down on one knee and asked Samantha to marry him, and she said yes! From that first tailgate to forever, they’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people they love.
